In 2012, Holy Cross Academy was formed from the existing eleven pre-K though 8th grade Catholic elementary schools in Stark County. Holy Cross Academy was created to accomplish the following:
 
  1. Strengthen our schools in Stark County
  2. Use our human and financial resources more efficiently and accountably in accordance with principles of good stewardship
  3. Tell the story of Catholic education with conviction.
